Firstly, she's a very personable, informative and knowledgeable person that's able to see your requests to the end and somewhat beyond!! Secondly, when asked to do her best concerning any issues, about the best accommodations, she's on it!! So personable, until you'd have thought she was family!! Lol. I loved that about her. Thirdly, if you were to suggest something to her and it didn't sit well, she'd let you know. She must definitely is a team player in that way. Lastly, her professionalism is what will make future arrangements with her.I'd like to address any concerns about this tumultuous day that were living in.....Covid-19!!!My travel experience had in many different areas as I traveled. On the plane, airport, car rental lobby's, restaurants, Airbnb's, hotels, stores, etc. I must say Everyone was basically compliant, used precautions and followed expectations of any and every order passed down not only by the state that you were in but the state that you were from. I'd say on a scale of 1-10 my experience was 10 because I'd put myself at the mercy of the people whom I had dealt with and vice versa! Were All in it together!
